Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 4, 2026
Last Updated: August 4, 2026
At Analog AI, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the security of your personal data, developer accounts, and the context data processed through our cognitive reasoning and long-term memory engine. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you interact with our platform, website, APIs, and associated services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of our platform, and through API integrations:
A. Account Information
  • Contact & Auth Details: Name, email address, organization name, and credentials provided during signup or API key generation.
B. Cognitive Engine & API Data (Developer & Agent Context)
  • Agent Memory & Context Data: Text, embeddings, state logs, and contextual data submitted to the Analog AI engine via API calls to enable agentic reasoning and long-term memory functions.
  • Usage & Performance Telemetry: API call frequency, request latency, token counts, error logs, and system performance metrics used to maintain platform stability.
C. Technical & Usage Data
  • Device & Network Info: IP address, browser type, operating system, and unique device identifiers automatically logged when visiting our web applications or portal.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information strictly for the following operational and core service purposes:
  • Service Delivery: Providing, executing, and maintaining the Analog AI cognitive engine, memory indexing, and reasoning pipelines.
  • System Optimization: Monitoring system reliability, diagnosing bugs, optimizing search latency, and maintaining scalability.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: Detecting unauthorized API usage, enforcing rate limits, and securing infrastructure against cyber threats.
  • Account Management & Support: Managing API keys and providing technical developer support.
  • Compliance: Fulfilling legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Service.
Data Privacy Commitment: We do not sell, rent, or trade your context data, proprietary agent memories, or user payload data to third parties. API payload data and stored memory states are process-restricted to your account and are not used to train public foundation models without your explicit consent.
3. Data Storage, Retention, and LifecycleA. Retention & Deletion Policy
  • Active Accounts: Account data, associated memory vectors, and agent context are maintained for as long as your account remains active to provide continuous reasoning functionality.
  • Account Deletion: All associated personal information, agent memory states, context indices, and custom configurations are permanently deleted only when your account itself is deleted. We do not offer individual payload/memory object deletion endpoints or manual data export features; all data linked to the account is removed in full upon account termination.
  • Telemetry Logs: Technical usage logs are retained for security and debugging purposes for up to 90 days before automated rotation.
4. How We Share Information
We only share information with trusted third parties under strict confidentiality and security protocols:
  • Infrastructure Providers: Cloud hosting, database, and vector storage infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, MongoDB Atlas) that power our distributed architecture.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or government order, provided we are legally permitted to notify you.
5. Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard data in transit and at rest:
  • Encryption: End-to-end encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and robust encryption at rest (AES-256) for all stored index data and state logs.
  • Access Control: Strict role-based access controls (RBAC) and secret key authentication governing all API interactions and internal management functions.
  • Isolation: Account memory databases and vector environments are logically isolated to prevent cross-tenant data leakage.
6. International Data Transfers & Compliance
Analog AI operates globally. If you access our platform from the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with specific data protection laws:
  • GDPR Rights: You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data by requesting account termination.
  • Cross-Border Transfers: Data transferred across international borders is protected using standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and equivalent legal frameworks.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
Our platform may link to third-party tools or frameworks (e.g., identity providers, external developer consoles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external services, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy statements.
8. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, technical functionality, or operational practices. We will notify registered developers of material changes via email or system dashboard announcements prior to the changes taking effect.
